Product description

The equipment can be sent in or inspections can be carried out on site. It is possible to lend or rent equipment during the inspection. We also inspect most types of fall arrest systems on the market, in addition to fixed safety systems.

The regulations on organization, management and participation (order no. 701) require employers to prepare good routines for storage, maintenance, inspection and replacement of personal protective equipment.

According to NS-EN 365, all fall protection equipment must be checked by a competent person at least every 12 months. This is to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that defective equipment is taken out of use. The manufacturer of the equipment may recommend more frequent checks in the user manual. For complex equipment, the manufacturer may require product-specific training for annual inspection (e.g. for fall arrest blocks and automatic descenders).

Annual inspection does not replace the need for user inspection.
