When you buy ropes in standard lengths, they often come with sewn ends as connection points. However, if you need special lengths and don't have the expertise to make secure knots yourself, the rope can be terminated with a fixed eye. This provides a reliable connection point without the need to tie a knot every time. The eye consists of an insulated knot with a plastic casing, protected by shrink wrap that prevents the knot from untying. Such termination ensures that the connection is solid and secure.
